Like a Lady

Back when Jamie, my best friend, was in town for my graduation and graduation party, we went to one of the local malls, and just for fun, stopped in a Free People. I haven’t really shopped there before since everything was pretty big on me and didn’t quite fit right, but I had always like many of their styles. Within a few minutes of being in the store, I had seen this gorgeous floral dress on a mannequin, and immediately knew I needed to try it on. Once I tried it on, I fell in love with everything- the unique back, the delicate neckline, the pretty floral and citrus print, and the gentle ruffles on the hem. It quickly became a graduation present, and the new dress I was most excited to wear in my closet.

As I was packing for my trip to Florida, I packed all of my favorite items and clothing I had been dying to wear, and this dress was one of the first items in my suitcase. I decided to wear it to Epcot, and it worked perfectly. The line and print worked so well with every pavilion, and the lightweight material made it super comfy for walking around all day in the Florida heat. I absolutely love this dress, and I can’t wait to wear it more often. Plus, it got me totally into Free People, and since then, I’ve found some cute items I’d like to try!
